Crewing is for us one of the most important factors in running our ships. We have established a pool of highly-qualified officers and ratings for our fleet, focusing on the on-going demand for experienced officers and ratings in an internationally expanding merchant fleet.

We are continuously investing time and energy in increasing the capabilities of our seafarers. To meet future challenges we are developing new crewing sources, searching after new training centres and improving our cooperation with local crewing agencies.
