Apprenticeship – Rickmers focuses not only on education in seafaring jobs, but also gives junior employees a chance to be trained for jobs ashore. We offer apprenticeship training positions to young high school graduates, preferably with international experiences to become shipping graduates after a training period of two and a half years.

Internship – In order to put theoretical knowledge into practice, Rickmers offers selected internship options for those studying in various fields (although preferably with a shipping background). If you hold an intermediate diploma or equivalent you can apply for an internship of several months.
